More than 50 physicians and nurses from Massachusetts to Minnesota came together in Chicago for the Gaples Institute nutrition conference for healthcare professionals, Nutrition Science from Populations to Plates, held in partnership with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
Clinicians learned from thought leaders in nutrition science and medicine and saw the science come alive with food demos. Attendees also prepped, cooked, and enjoyed a nutrient-delicious meal under the direction of professional chefs.
