BNMC 1st Annual Food As Medicine Symposium

Dr. Stephen Devries, Executive Director of the Gaples Institute, spoke at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus‘s First Annual Food As Medicine Symposium, an event that aims to further expand and catalyze the adoption of Food as Medicine programs in the immediate WNY community. He shared the current dire state of nutrition education in medical training and what can be done to move the needle beyond just lip service.

Northwestern Culinary Medicine: Delicious Ways to Prevent and Manage Diabetes
